Our roasting team roasts all Night Shift beans on our small-batch Probat P12/2 at the NSB business headquarters in Chelsea, MA. We put a strong focus on consistency and quality-control.

SIMPLE AND INFORMATIVE
We created a coffee flavor wheel that simplifies a drinker’s flavor journey to three paths - herbal, fruity, and cocoa. We recognize that coffee is much more complex than these three flavors, but our goal is to make coffee selection an approachable process for anyone. Our packaging and menu boards use the three flavor wheel colors as a visual guide for customers.
